John Eaton and I recently went to Total Performance Sports in Everett Mass and competed in their Grip Assault contest. It was a big day for pinching! John pounded a big 228 in the two hands pinch, and I chased the world record.

We at Diesel Crew are dedicated to the pursuit of strength and helping others learn what we have learned.
In this show, we look at crush strength, and how to build it with grippers.
We’ll cover some of the techniques for setting, or positioning, the gripper in your hand, some terminology that goes along with gripper closes, and you’ll find out how with a small set of grippers you can build massive crushing strength.
